Steve was prompt, courteous, and did a good job. I like the way he explained everything, and answered questions about a few other locks. Before he got there, he laid out the cost of everything, so there were no suprises.

We were closing up shop, when the lock to my storefront failed. It was already after hours on a Saturday, when we contacted Steve. He showed up within the quoted ETA, about an hour after the initial call. Was very personable and knowledgeable and educated us on the type of lock we had and what causes the issues.

About a hour and half later, the locks to my shop were fixed and secured. The repair bill was more than fair, highly recommended from a local business owner.

Our keypad deadbolt wasn't working for us after getting home from a trip. Steve was there in no time after our call and got us back in the house. Stop looking and give these folks a call!

Steve came out to rekey the locks in our recently purchased home. He went above and beyond educating me in safety features. He found two locks that were broken and resolved that issue as well. I can't say enough good things. Steve is great at what he does!

Steve from Orion's Key Emergency Locksmith LLC helped us when no one else could. AAA was unable to get into our car after over an hour of trying. We called Orion's and Steve arrived right away and we live in Amboy! On top of that it was 1am on Easter Sunday. I am so glad we found him.

He is professional and got the job done within 5 minutes. He even gave us a new battery for our key fob. By the way, he will compute the price immediately when you explain the situation; no waiting or wondering. When you think about it, we were 30 minutes north of Vancouver and it was in the wee hours of Easter Sunday. I'd expect a super high bid. But his price was more than reasonable. This guy is honest! Don't trust anyone else with your locksmith needs. Orion's is the only one to use.

Such great and straight forward service from Steve. He didn’t need any extra info. He gave me a flat rate and how soon he would arrive at the destination (which was 3am) . Excellent service and I’d recommend to anyone in a pinch

Great, quick service. Very affordable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fast response time and that Steve helped me get my truck unlocked and a new key cut and coded in about 30 minutes.

My two sons were locked out of their car over an hour away from home. I called several locksmiths before finding Steve. He was the only one I called where I did not have to go through a dispatch service to get to the technician. This cut down on the time it took to get to the car. Steve was very easy to work with, fast, and very kind!

Our front door lock failed on a Saturday afternoon. Stephen from Orion's Key was at our door by 5:00pm, half an hour after I called. He accurately quoted the job over the phone before coming, took care of it quickly and then made some change to our doorjamb, ensuring the problem would be unlikely to happen again. He was professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and informative. Would definitely hire him again, if the need arises.

We came home from a trip after midnight in the rain and found that the key we took wouldn’t get us into the house. We stayed elsewhere. In the morning I sent a text request for cost and I called Orion and Steve met us at the house. Steve got us in. He identified which keys worked, made extra, as well as identified possible problems with the garage door opener.
I highly recommend Orion and Steve for making a happier ending to our get away!
